1.) for any booking to be valid , 100 % Advance of the whole stay is required after we confirm the booking by mail.

2.) The advance paid for the booking is not refundable with only exception of the booking being cancelled 30 days before the booked date.

3.) Customer must fax the application form to Killa Bhawan Resorts Pvt. Ltd., With the transaction code(e-mailed by easy2pay to the customer at the end of the transaction) to validate the booking. Download Application form

4) 10% Luxury Tax Extra

5) Our base rates are in Indian Roupees hence there might be a difference in actual billing in euro and dollars at the time of transaction.
